Margaret is a native Houstonian and a graduate of St. Agnes Academy. She earned a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University, where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She received her MBA in finance from the University of Houston.

Margaret is active in her community by supporting area schools such as St. Vincent de Paul, Mark Twain, Pershing and others. Migrated from Greece in 1997, Stylianos fell in love with the Hotel and Restaurant industry and graduated at University of Houston in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Buying his first home in Houston ignited Stylianos' interest in real estate.
