William M. Wheless IV is a fourth generation Houstonian and longtime River Oaks resident. William has a lifetime of exposure to real estate in Houston. The Wheless Family has owned and developed in virtually all segments of the real estate industry including: single family homes, multifamily homes as well as master planned communities such as Cinco Ranch and Atascosita. William is a graduate of The Kinkaid School and Southern Methodist University. William and his wife have been married for over 23 years and have five children. Clay was born and raised in the Humble area and returned to Houston after graduating from Texas A&M University where he studied Business and Communication. He has always had a deep desire to help people and leave a lasting impact on the world. While off in College Station, Clay took a serious interest in the real estate industry when he began working with a custom home builder.
