Kristi has been in the real estate and construction industry since 2004. She began her career in the industry working as a Marketing professional for a general contractor. In 2008 she joined a small civil and structural engineering firm, where she was responsible for interacting with architects, contractors and other real estate professionals to develop business for her firm.

After 12 years in the commercial industry, and a few personal real estate investments, she decided to use her knowledge to help buyers and sellers find their dream home.

Kristi is a graduate of St. Pius X High School and Texas A&M University. After attending school in the area, she and her husband purchased their first home in 2004 and they have resided in Shepherd Park Plaza since 2004. She focuses her efforts on the Timbergrove/Lazybrook & Garden Oaks/Oak Forest/Shepherd Park Plaza area.

Kristi is married to her high school sweetheart and, together, they have three children.

Her skills in diplomacy, negotiating, attention to detail, big-picture perspective, market knowledge, and win-win problem-solving are cornerstones of her career successes. In her careers, Cherri managed many personal relocations. Her personal experiences give her special empathy for sellers and buyers in different types of markets, making her a choice Realtor.

Cherri is a native Houstonian and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Texas Southern University, a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Cherri is married with three children (triplets!). In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, old movies and playing tennis.
