W. Ross Klingberg received his real estate salesperson license while earning his Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1991. Following graduation from LSU in 1994, he obtained his real estate brokers license. In addition, he is currently a licensed residential mortgage loan originator. Ross has extensive knowledge in both the acquisition and sale of residential investment property as he owns a business which has purchased and sold hundreds of single family properties in the Greater Houston area. Ross has been married for 26 years and has two sons. He enjoys playing golf, travel, and spending active time with his family.

Enthusiasm, integrity, and knowledge of real estate are qualities with which Isela surrounds herself. Her success is built on the principles of hard work, dedication, and most importantly, listening to the client. Isela places a strong emphasis on advance preparation and good client communication. After thorough research, leaving no detail overlooked, she believes in making sure that the buyers and sellers she assists are fully informed and have a clear understanding of all options before making important decisions.

Because of her background as a commercial leasing associate and property manager, Isela has a solid understanding of the meticulous details involved in a real estate transaction. She combines her fine-tuned skill for listening to client needs with a high energy level to offer clients exceptional service.

The different industries I have worked in have prepared me for the role of being your Realtor, as well as the knowledge I gained as a home-buyer myself on three different occasions. I know and understand the importance of forming that bond with each of my clients and asking the right questions so that I understand their needs and wants and ultimately fulfill them.

When not working, you will find me hanging out with the people I love, enjoying dinner on a patio in one of Houston's many restaurants or simply walking in downtown Houston. I also enjoy volunteering and feeding the homeless.

I have lived in many other cities in Texas - Brownsville, San Antonio, Los Fresnos, McAllen, Nacogdoches, Rockwall and Fort Worth, but my favorite of all has definitely been Houston. I have lived here for 20 years. I raised my children in the suburbs and I lived in downtown Houston for several years - an experience I thoroughly enjoyed. I love and embrace the diversity and sense of community Houston embodies.
