Rolando, a native Houstonian, began his real estate journey as a natural extension of his passion for helping others achieve their goals. When Rolando isn't assisting his clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Houston's diverse culinary scene, exercising, playing golf, and spending quality time with his wife, son, family and friends.

Rolando earned a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Houston.

Matt Issa was born and raised in Iran, where he learned to speak Azerbaijan as his first language and Farsi as his second. He became fluent in English through his education and travels. In 1999, Matt moved to Houston, Texas, where he has called it home ever since. With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Matt has been involved in a variety of deals, including residential, commercial, investment, and land transactions. His extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a trusted advisor to many clients over the years. In 2011, Matt founded his own brokerage, Plextown, which quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional service and attention to detail. However, in recent years, he decided to join Compass Real Estate, where he can leverage the company's cutting-edge technology and resources to provide even better service to his clients.

Weston Daniel grew up in the Heights and later moved to Katy where he graduated from Cinco Ranch High School. His next stop was Texas State University, where he joined the Sigma Nu fraternity and studied Business Management. Soon after, he returned home to Houston, he became a new father and welcomed his firstborn into the world. Together with dad Jarrod Daniel, the Daniel family began building Daniel Real Estate with the vision to continue serving people in their homes.

He graduated from the Allied School of Real Estate and specializes in first-time home buyers and luxury homes in the Houston Heights neighborhood.
