Our Story While searching for a home in 1997, Vinod Ramani was frustrated by the lack of information and service available to him. What Vinod needed was access to the MLS listings database so that he could drive his own search, but also access to the service and advice of a professional, knowledgeable Realtor® whose only goal was helping Vinod find a home that satisfied his needs.

Convinced that it would be easier to create such a company than to find it, Vinod launched Urban Living, a full-service residential real estate company with the same goals today as it had on the day it was incorporate

Spencer Moore is a born and raised Houstonian whose eagerness for practicing real estate and passion to assist clients have helped launch his career as a Realtor. Living in both the inner city and suburbs of Houston he has a grand understanding of Houston and the surrounding areas. Being raised by a mother who has been practicing real estate for 8 years, he developed a strong understanding of the business and has helped him excel in his learning of the care and ethics needed in a real estate career. His enthusiasm and high energy will make finding a new home an exciting and gratifying experience.

Originally from the North Houston area, Margaret McKnight loves living in the area and enjoying its diversity, parks, entertainment venues, and unique restaurants. She enjoys meeting and working with people from all over the world, which is one of the reasons she entered the real estate industry. Her long term career in customer service and volunteer firefighting, not only demonstrate her devotion to helping others, but also to her community.
