Bridgett Badillo is a Sr. Associate with Houston Center Real Estate specializing in listings and Buyer Representation services for residential and commercial real estate. In the last 13 years, Bridgett has worked in both sectors of the real estate world. She is passionate about helping her fellow Houstonians in achieving their dreams of home ownership or small business growth. She is able to help both her commercial and residential clients through her understanding of client needs and the changing trends of the Houston market. Her career started in residential real estate while attending the University of Houston. She graduated in 2006 with a double major in Marketing and Management and achieved top sales agent in home sales. Upon Graduation, she was recruited as a tenant rep broker for R.M. Crowe and worked many years managing and leasing commercial properties. In the last 3 years, Bridgett decided to leave the corporate world and work more directly with the individuals of her community. She joined Houston Center Real estate - a boutique brokerage that allows her team to both help families looking to purchase new and resale homes in Houston, along with assisting the small to mid size business owners looking for commercial lease space and purchasing options. Bridgett is a licensed agent in the state of Texas and is also CIPS certified (certified international property specialist). She is a member of CCIM and is currently a CCIM candidate for 2019. Her even-keeled personality and strong leadership allow her to stay cool under pressure and think well on her feet.

After years in retail management, it was time to return to Houston and family. Digna admits, "I come from a family of real estate investment, so it was just a matter of time before I made the moves needed to get into the industry." Once she did, she hit the ground running, working toward her Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation and taking courses in investment strategy, farm and ranch properties and commercial real estate.

Outside of real estate, Digna's biggest passions are food, travel and the outdoors. She loves pairing travel with amazing cuisine and exciting activities. When she's home, she loves cooking for friends and family and staying active hiking, biking, running and kayaking.
