DO NOT RENT HERE!! THEY ARE AWFUL!! MONUMENT MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. CHANGED MANAGERS 4 TIMES IN ONE YEAR. LIED TO TENANTS ABOUT FEES AND CHARGES. OVER $120 WATER BILL AND NO DETAILS. FORGED MY NAME TO PAPER THAT AGREES TO EXTRA MONTHLY CHARGES.
