I have obtained my eCertification, GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), and ASPRE (Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate, NAR Green Designation, the CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert)PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert). I am blessed with a wonderful family and friends who are my guiding lights. We have two adult sons who are our greatest achievements. My passion for real estate grows with each transition and new experience. Once I found my passion, my life in real estate followed me literally around the globe! We have lived overseas in Venezuela and APAC (Asia Pacific region) for 11+yrs. off and on during our married life. Most recently we were in Singapore for 6 years. These global experiences have taught me how wonderfully diverse and integrated we all really are.
