I earned my Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, and began my real estate career nearly a decade ago in business brokerage. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was a small business consultant for over ten years, helping first time business owners establish themselves. I bring my communication and business skills to all my clients to guide them through the real estate process. I am also fluent in Gujarati.
As they say, all start in the family, all is learned in the family. Being daughter of a builder/developer, my childhood memories are all about buildings, floor plans, construction materials, clients and deals.
And that is what I learned in the family and that is how I became a realtor. My formal education followed a path from Political Sciences to International Relations (BA) and then to Public Policy (MA). Early in my professional career, I got into marketing construction materials in international markets. I worked with clients across the world ranging from Taiwan to USA/CANADA, South Africa to Russia, Middle East to Mediterranean countries to Europe. In the meantime, my fortunes took me around. I lived in Sherborne, Oxford, Essex for a short time. I was in New York a couple of years. I enjoyed Iowa more than 20 years and Iowa is where I started real estate. I am a resident of Houston area since 2008 and practicing in The Woodlands, Klein, Spring, Conroe and the surrounding areas.
In this line of work, nothing beats seeing the happiness of the clients in buying their dream homes or selling their major investment in smooth transaction and knowing that I had a role in it. As a full time real estate agent with more than 10 years of experience, I came to know that this is what counts at the end. And what is the most important is: Real Estate with Happy Smiles !
