Emil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines. While earning his degree, he met his loving wife of 36 years and counting. After graduation, he migrated to the United States and moved with his wife to Houston, Texas where they raised their wonderful children. He began his career in the chemical Industry as a process engineer for over 15 years.

Over the years, Emil and his wife purchased and remodeled residential homes and developed a passion for home improvement projects and design. He used his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for residential homes to become a realtor and create VEZ Realty, LLC. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After graduating from South Houston High School, I attended Blinn Community College in Brenham, TX where I was a member for the Blinn Treasures Dance Team and achieved the National Dance Association Championship two years back-to-back.I have an extensive background as a dance and gymnastics instructor, and love to make a difference in young lives. The love of making an impact is what led me to Real Estate.
