Native Houstonian and member of the Martha Turner Sotheby’s Circle of Excellence, Sabrina Elias, began her residential real estate career after many years as a middle school and high-school teacher. Sabrina credits her teaching background with equipping her with the skills for success in life and business.
“I feel that I am still an educator,” Sabrina says. “Education is all about preparing your students for success. I inform and educate my real estate clients about the market and the transaction process, and prepare them to be successful as they make some of the most important decisions of their lives. Both buyers and sellers need to understand what is happening in the market and I give them up-to-date market analyses. I make sure that buyers have all the information they need to find a lender, choose a neighborhood and schools, assess traffic patterns, and even decide where to do their shopping. Giving back to the community is a priority in Sabrina’s busy schedule. Now a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, her active JLH placements included mentoring teenagers and Head of Volunteers in the JLH Tea Room. Over the years, she has also volunteered for her children’s schools and their PTA groups.
Sabrina, her husband and two teenage children live in the Memorial area. When time permits, she enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her family, tennis, and traveling.

Professionally, she worked her way up to be a district manager in a Fortune 500 retailer and then began a career as a Realtor to establish stronger relationships with family and her community. For fun, she enjoys walking down the tree-lined streets of her neighborhood, yoga, trying new restaurants, and most of all reading and playing soccer with her little boy. Kat is heavily involved in leadership within the local, state, and national associations serving in executive leadership. In her community, she is a member of University Baptist Church and supports The Landing, an organization that helps victims of human trafficking, and the Art League of Houston which supports local artists.
