Being a wife & mother herself, Tonya understands how much families put on the line when they invest in a home. That's why she works closely with them every step of the way, from pre-approval to closing and beyond, to ensure excellent service & an amazing experience. She is truly passionate about what she does and loves helping her clients and their families! Tonya grew up in the Meyerland and Sugar Land areas, resided in Katy for 12 years & now is in the Richmond / Rosenberg area. As a young adult, corporate sales is where she gained sales & marketing expertise, working her way into management until the day came when she chose to set that aside & raise a family. Upon returning to the work force, she took advantage of an opportunity to open her own franchise which she successfully owned & operated for over 5 years. At that time, she chose to pursue her lifelong dream of real estate. Tonya immediately excelled and in her very first year, won several achievement awards including a Rookie of the Year award and worked her way into the top 20% of her market center of nearly 400 agents! She will, however, be the first to tell you that she does not measure success through those awards, rather through the great satisfaction and referrals of her clients.
