Trinh (and Melissa) were amazing allies to have on your home-buying side! Trinh is a walking encyclopedia of Houston real estate expertise and is so transparent with that knowledge of homes and the buying process. She'll shoot you straight with any house that may "seem" like a gem but has costly issues beneath the surface, even if that means a sale is delayed for her. Trinh is extremely passionate, friendly, and communicative. That shows through how quickly, persistently, and thoroughly she follows up with valuable information from the seller's side and online sources. Plus, every offer constructed had custom negotiation points that Trinh helped put together so we were always more comfortable knowing we were getting a good deal. It was a pleasure to work with Trinh. She helped me with the sale of my house. She took care of everything, everything, repairs, everything etc. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Before the sale, Trinh also helped me and managed my property. She is honest and always looks after the interest of her clients.

I just purchased a rental property with The Realty. I am a remote investor and having someone with deep knowledge of the local market is paramount.
