Neal is an all around nice guy! As a single woman homeowner he was the neighbor who wrapped my pipes when it got cold and I was out of town, and fixed my fence when my dog kept getting out. It was really a no brainer for me as to who to trust when it came to selling my house. Neal honestly and kindly told me what I needed to do to get my house ready, then recommended the right people to do repairs, paint, and stage my house. Always professional and with me every step of the way. When we listed my house, my parents said, Woah! - Who's house is that?! Exactly! I was amazed at what we had turned it into.
