“Tara was the greatest she took control just like I wanted and help me so much in selling this house. I was an independent administrator for my sister's Estate in Houston, Texas. I live in Florida and we did it all on the phone and e-mail. I am a 100% DAV so without her help the expense and experience would have been tremendous. Her first challenge was my sister's Disabled son who was then living in the house when she passed away. This made things more difficult, He is an only child with no other relatives. He is grown but mentally challenged. . Tara went to the house help him get organized. I felt so so sorry as he is a big handful but she got the house and him in order not he is here with me. Shortly thereafter, she got it sold and Wow! Believe this she got an amount over the $25000 asking price just amazing. She also got the house in order she got some yard guys and handyman to come out to trim the trees and yard to give so some curb appeal, fix some broken lights etc. But best of all her negotiating skills is what made it all happen.
