“The first time I spoke with Sonja Patterson she caught my attention. I had listed the house on a for sale by owner website. She contacted me to see if I was looking for an agent to help with the selling the home. At the moment I declined, but she did offer some advice and details that were informative. I knew after speaking with several other individuals that she was the person I would choose if I did decide to list with an agent.
