To God we give all the praise and glory!!! Shane Terry and Nancy Terry was God sent. They were awesome and patience with my many questions as a first time homebuyer and seller all in one. If you’re looking for God fearing, professional, knowledgeable and someone who have their clients best interest at heart Shane and Nancy Terry are the real estate team you need. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Thanks for helping us find our dream home.

I was looking for a new home after my divorce and the Terry Team was outstanding!! Shane was great and helping me locate a home in the area within the Klein district for my kids. He not only showed me homes I had interest in but multiple options I hadn’t even considered. Shane and Nancy were in constant communication through the whole process. They listen to my needs and concerns and did all they could to get my family and into our wonderful new home. From showing me potential new homes, explaining comps to what is a good offer on my new place all through the inspection process and closing they did an awesome job!! While I won’t be in the market anytime soon now that my girls and I have our new home. I can say without a doubt if you looking for new home Shane and Nancy should be your first choice! They are funny, friendly, super knowledgeable and a lovely family. Oh and the gave me a my first housewarming gift at closing as well!! #TerryTeam

I wanted to select the perfect person for my home search journey. I saw an Instagram post from Shane and Nancy Terry. I liked what I saw and decided to reach out to them. They were able to help me find the perfect home for me and all within 30 days. They are very accommodating and professional. No question went unanswered. Their urgency to meet my needs was truly a blessing. I would totally recommend their dynamic team to anyone who is need of a trustworthy team that can produce results. Shane & Nancy are so kind, helpful and professional! They are always willing to answer my questions about homes and share knowledge with me and my husband. I would definitely recommend them for your home buying needs!

As a first time home owner, Shane and Nancy were the absolute best power duo that we could have met. They walked us through every single step of the home buying/building process, including advocating for us, and supporting us in making the best decisions for our growing family. We actually learned A LOT from both of them about being home owners as well. We really can't thank Shane and Nancy enough for their guidance!
