I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Saralydia Garza but I go by "Sara" for short. In my downtime, I love to spend my time with my 14 yr. old son and spending time with my family whether it's traveling together or having a bbq. I also enjoy a quiet evenings in my backyard with a nice glass of wine overlooking my backyard.. I have been in the real estate business for 5 yrs. and since the beginning I have concentrated on helping first-time home buyers in our minority communities and have discovered a passion to help the families that had been denied or neglected due to their statuses. It has been most rewarding for me since they have been clients that at one point or another have been misled and or taken advantage of. I have helped Sellers and Buyers but have also purchased, renovated, and sold my own properties throughout Houston. This experience best serves my homebuyers, investors, sellers and families before, during and long after the sale has been completed. I work hard to satisfy everyone's own unique real estate requirements. Whether it is a single professional, a family with children, or empty-nesters ready to downsize, I utilize my market insight and eye for quality, as well as value, to help facilitate the smoothest real estate experience possible. Today more than ever, buying or selling property in Texas can be a very intimidating task. I have the experience and fortitude to make the process less stressful and more enjoyable than one might expect.
