About Sandra Taylor

Sandra Taylor was born in Houston and raised her family in West Houston. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2018, after working for over 14 years in new home sales. Sandra believes that home is where the heart is, and this has become her foundation in helping people find a home.

Sandra has worked with clients in all price points, from the most modest home all the way up to a million dollar home. After working with new builds for over a decade she has immense understanding of the buying process. Her understanding of Houston and the surrounding area has garnered praise from the clients she works with.

Sandra feels that today's homeowner needs to be in-the-know to find that perfect home. She utilizes a variety of online marketing tools, staging, and open houses to attract the mainstream homebuyers. In addition, Sandra uses her local presence, network and niche online presence to focus on the homes you are looking for as well as selling.

Sandra is married with three kids and one fur-child who is an Australian-shepherd. She enjoys hosting friends in her home located in West Houston for dinners and parties. As much as she loves Houston, she also loves to travel the country for getaways at the beach and mountains.

Sandra and Tiphani took me to a lot of different properties and continuously had options for me to look at in my price range. They were available frequently and were very quick communicators . For a first time home-owner, this process can be daunting so Sandra and Tiphani were patient to answer questions and explain things as we went!
