“Overall, I was very pleased with the real estate services provided by Ruth Lopez Hernandez. Due largely to her knowledge and understanding of the housing market in our area, we were able to sell the house for price that was substantially more than I had considered to be possible. One possible area of improvement is communications. There were a few instances where communication from Ruth was not timely. Also, although we requested that emails and texts be directed to both me and my wife, that did not always happen.”
