I have purchased three homes with Richard Parker as my family grew and my needs changed. Most recent purchase was an Inner Loop townhome. With a lot of experience inside the loop, Richard knew what specialty inspections to look for on these three story homes. For example, he advised to do a stucco inspection which resulted in finding lots of issues with the home. He also knew about specific treatments needed by termite species! Nonetheless, by coordinating estimates with contractors and lots of negotiation over repair estimates, the deal got done. I'm looking forward to buying investment property next, as Richard is also a real estate investor. Strength areas are construction/condition knowledge and Inner Loop locations.
