Hi there, I'm Richard, a husband, a father, a Christian and a proud American.

I attended Texas A&M then joined the US Air Force. Shortly after the military I started a custom integration company, Home Theater Evolutions. Home Theater Evolutions started small, just me, and grew to nearly a dozen employees handling large projects for high profile clients like the Houston Rockets, NBA players, TV celebrities and more. After building a successful business, I sold it and moved to Colorado where my family and I opened a dessert shop, Niky's Mini Donuts. After several years in Colorado we moved back to Houston. And let's face it, Texas is the best state to live!

I've always had a passion for real estate. I have owned several properties over the years and currently own a few investment properties. I have learned a lot about real estate firsthand.

What makes me different than most real estate agents is I have started businesses from scratch. I have run them successfully. I own investment properties, where I regularly work with other real estate agents, property managers and tenants. I get things done and will do what it takes to make it happen. I have been successful in business because I aim to always do the right thing and I always deliver on my promises. My dedication and commitment to business is the same dedication and commitment that I offer to my real estate clients.
