Profile/Bio Welcome to a different world of handling your real estate needs. Through my 20 years of experience you will find someone who is very knowledgeable, honest, hard working and flexible. My clients find their experiences with me to be of the highest level and therefore use my services for a lifetime. Your experience with me will be a pleasant simplified but yet aggressive and productive in your best interests. My clients ask me to go to other places in the state of Texas if need be, to travel with their real estate needs. I asked one client why they wanted me to do this, and the told me that they did not want anyone else to put their eyes on their investment, nor did they want anyone else to negotiate their transaction. I have never had to advertise for my business and usually work through "word of mouth". None of the homes I have represented with my clients, none of them....have flooded with my clients in them. I have been in the area for 45 years and have seen many floods. I was asked by the City of Pearland to be a community volunteer for the Army Corp of Engineers for community input. I have served on the Parks Board for the City, 20/20 Leadership committee for future development. I have been a M.U.D. Board president for 20+ years for Brazoria County#24. I along with 7 others established "The Tree's for Pearland", which is why there are tree's along all the roadways for the beautification of our communities. I have really been blessed with a wonderful community of selfless leaders to work with. I have really been blessed to have to many wonderful clients who end up becoming good friends.
