“Honestly, due to my limited english vocabulary I do not think I will do complete justice in describing how positively my entire family felt about Reyna during our entire home hunting and buying experience. She is an excellent realtor and an awesome human being. We met her at an open house in Jan/Feb 2023. We didn't like that house, but Reyna discussed and understood our needs. She was there with us since then at every step of our home buying process that culminated in closing on 27 Feb 2024. That is one long year and she worked tirelessly for us for the entire year and most importantly, without ever getting paid a penny until after closing date. She was almost instantaenous in responding to any text messages. She never failed to call back as soon as possible when she was not able to answer our phone call.
