Dear Lina,

Grand Mission is a Master Planned Community, conveniently located North of the Richmond and South of Katy cities. It has easy access to the West Park Tollway and Grand Parkway. It has large and small swimming pools with splash park, children parks, walking and biking trails, soccer fields, lakes and water ponds, club house with gym and yoga studio. The community offers events during holiday and special occasions.

I closely follow the market in Grand Mission. Not only because I am a Real Estate agent & I have listings in the area. But also I am Grand Mission Resident.
Grand Mission has been built over 80%, there are houses available both new construction and re-sales with different sizes and tastes.

I blog on the Grand Mission Market Update last 3 months see in my page below.

You can get further information in the community HOA webpage.

Also HAR has a page for the Grand Mission Community.

Hi Lina,

The Grand Mission Estates is a very new subdivision that has been part of a master planned community expansion in the Richmond, Fort Bend County expansion. It has an old Texan feel to it with lush greenbelts and Historical significance with elements of that classic Ranch feel. There are also some really nice schools in this area. There are several new home builders who build out there including Plantation Homes, Highland Homes, and Lennar. Unfortunately, this area was hit hard by Harvey and is still recovering. Homes listed on MLS and HAR.com will disclose if there has been any flooding however it is always best to work with a real estate agent to confirm. I encourage you to take a weekend to go explore the area and reach out to a realtor who is an expert concerning the community. Further resources include Har.com neighborhood reports and the community forums.

Hope this Helps,
