Erika Santana is an extremely excellent realtor. She patiently showed me many houses over many months. Her knowledge and years of experience came through in every part of the process. I felt confident with her by my side guiding and helping me in my very first home purchase. She was readily available, never missed a call I can remember, and when she said she would do something it was done. Erika is someone I trust in and when I’m ready to buy again, she’ll be who I turn to and would recommend to all.

I just got done leasing a house with this company for a little over a year. They were beyond helpful at all times. When it came to needing repairs. They did things quickly. They were communicative, and worked with me when I needed assistance. A+ Service.

I just wanted to express my sincerer gratitude to Peyo Rubio and Texas Key Holders Real Estate. Peyo and his team have been our property manager for the last year. They are proactive, responsive and extremely professional. Over the course of my time with them, I felt like I was their one and only client, even though I know how popular they are. Being overseas and trying to manage a property remotely is a nightmare -until I hired them. I can't say enough how I appreciate everything they do to make the process easy and worry free. Peyo particularly is an amazing professional. Do yourself a favor liked I did, talk with them for all your real estate needs, you will not regret it! Thank you Peyo and team.

Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I truly appreciate the transparency that is provided throughout the home buying process. In addition, I am impressed with the various initiatives they are involved in throughout the community.
