Philip has listed and sold properties throughout the more established inner-loop neighborhoods including the West University, Medical Center, Bellaire, and Midtown areas, and the prime outer-loop neighborhoods in and around Tanglewood, the Galleria, Memorial, Meyerland, west and southwest Houston such as Kity, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land and Missouri City.

Experienced in relocation, Philip is knowledgeable about the many outlying planned communities for which Houston is so well known such as Katy, Sugar Land, Greatwood, New Territory and Sienna Plantation.

Philip has been actively involving in local community service; he has served on the board of director of Asian American Real Estate Association, and East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry, and had served on the board of Houston Light-Salt Association, and in the council of several community churches.
