Patricia Covarrubias

As a native Houstonian, Patricia Covarrubias is familiar with the Greater Houston Area. Patricia currently resides in the north side of Houston.

Patricia graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Major in General Business, Minors in Management and Marketing from the University of Houston Downtown. Patricia graduated as Cum Laude and was recognized as part of the Dean's List in college. After graduating college, Patricia decided to pursue her passion in real estate and completed her real estate courses with Champions School of Real Estate. Patricia is officially a licensed real estate agent for the state of Texas.

Patricia has years of experience in marketing, accounting and data analysis. Patricia's education and work experiences gave her the tools to work in the real estate field. Her biggest reward is meeting her clients' needs whether it is buying, selling or leasing a property.

Patricia is extremely family oriented, friendly and mission focused. She abides to confidentiality at all levels. Her goal is to continue to work in the real estate business by meeting both new and former clients' needs.
