When asked what she most wants her clients to know about her, Pam Durham put “integrity” at the top of her list - closely followed by “competency” and “professionalism.” She needn’t worry. Those qualities are immediately evident, and her satisfied clients would add a number of other skills, citing her diplomacy, warmth, and sensitivity. Pam is very service-oriented. As a former teacher and trainer, she enjoys the process of walking clients through the buying and selling process, and gains their trust easily. Her background taught her the value of doing her homework and being prepared, as well as the importance of continued studies. She recently earned her professional designation as a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI).

The key to every successful transaction, she says, is good communication between all parties. So, she dedicates herself to remaining in constant contact with clients, informing and preparing them for each step from listing and contract to closing. She believes that real estate is one of the very best investments a family can make, and as a 22-year resident of The Woodlands, can’t imagine living or working anywhere else. She markets properties throughout Montgomery County including The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, and Conroe; but is equally at home showing and selling in Inner Loop Houston.
