Michael filled in for our realtor while she was on vacation with her family for our first weekend of house hunting. Michael was extremely patient with us as we looked at many homes. He was also very honest about whether or not he felt like homes were priced appropriately and gave us recommendations for what we could do with homes that may not have had everything we wanted. He was fun to work with and as much as we enjoyed working with our regular realtor, we were a bit sad to only get one weekend with him seeing houses. The Newcomb group does a great job filling in for each other when needed so as a buyer we never felt neglected even when our realtor took a much-deserved vacation with her family.
Ryan is a transparent, responsive and knowledgeable realtor. Our case was a tricky one but we were able to push through and close. He puts his clients interest priority. Highly recommend!
