Millie is an absolute pleasure to work with as she tirelessly showed me many homes in SW Houston. When a listing popped up, she was available to show it! She is extremely responsive, professional, kind, diligent and committed to her clients.

Millie has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me as I am an out of town investor, and had to leave town after my offer was accepted and the inspection was completed. The inspection revealed unexpected serious deficiencies in the roof which could not be ignored, Millie coordinated getting bids and met with each roofer to determine the cost and scope of the repairs. However, when the first three roofers recommended a complete reroofing, she met with yet another roofer to confirm and to get his bid as well. She has worked like a marathon runner to call and coordinate these roofers (similar to herding cats!) so we could negotiate before our seven day deadline expired.

In addition, Milie was instrumental in convincing the seller to negotiate a lower sales price. She worked on my behalf to ensure the purchase did not fall apart.

Millie cares about her clients and works extremely hard to help find answers to all of my questions and solutions to problems. She is a joy to work with and I highly recommend her!
