I used her to sell my mother s house several years ago, in which she earned my confidence and trust. On her initial visit to my home, Michelle gave me useful and experienced advise in what needed to be done to prepare the house for sale, and as a result it sold the first weekend of showing We had some issues from the inspection along with some difficult buyers, but Michelle reacted quickly in lining up repair men and getting all the necessary repairs done. Unfortunately, the first buyer backed out, but Michelle charged ahead and had another buyer a week later. Michelle proved that she is well versed at dealing with other real estate agents and required negotiations. She was patient and worked through some tough situations with a calm mindset which kept my anxiety low. This also gave me the confidence that she would serve in my best interest and get me the best price possible. And that she did After the sale of the home, there were several rooms of furniture used for staging that I needed to sell or give away. Michelle went above and beyond to manage the sale of most of the furniture to the new buyer. She then went to the house, tagged all the sold furniture so that I could donate the rest. I feel strongly that using Michelle to sell my house while living so far away saved me from lots of sleepless nights and frustration. I would use her again in a heartbeat for house number three ”
