We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Mike. He was knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and very quick to respond to any questions. He organized a day of tours for us and made it fun. Once we found our dream place, he was able to negotiate the price down into our budget. I would highly recommend Mike for all your realtor needs!

I cannot recommend our realtor and amigo, Michael Brombacher, highly enough! Throughout our home buying process, Mike was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. He answered all of our questions, no matter how big or small, and was readily available to tour homes and walk us through the closing process. He even provided helpful, informative guides to next steps that we didn't even know existed! Mike made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. Mike helped me buy my first home in 2019 and it was a great experience so I knew we would work together again when I purchased my new home. We looked for a little while in a few neighborhoods that I had interest in and Mike encouraged me to expand my search a bit. He had incredible patience as we toured dozens of homes in the Houston heat (he even brought drinks and snacks)! Mike was the one who found my new home and sent it to me to consider. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was perfect and had everything I was looking for. Mike knew EXACTLY what I wanted even better than I did. It was a long shot, but Mike negotiated an INCREDIBLE deal when it was originally out of my budget. I couldn't believe the appraisal report and the instant equity from the difference in contract price and appraisal value. He created a win-win situation for me and the seller. I'm truly in love with my new home (and pool!), my new neighborhood and am quickly becoming the hostess I wanted to be with friends and family visiting often for parties and casual gatherings. From Montrose to West U to Braes Heights to Briargrove and Briarcroft -- Mike is truly knowledgeable about Houston's real estate market and the city's neighborhood dynamics. I know he is in high demand, well-connected and one of the best in town, but Mike always made me feel like a priority. His lender, inspector, vendor referrals are also fantastic. I will continue to refer my friends, family, and colleagues to Mike and look forward to working with him for any and all future real estate transactions until he retires! And to top it off, he just sold my first house off market in a quick, easy and smooth transaction!
