We had the pleasure of working with Faye to find us a rental in the College Station area. She was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful and she made the whole process so easy for us. Finding a house in our budget, the right size and floor plan AND had all the aspects we were looking for was no easy task but Faye did it!! She found the PERFECT place for me, my husband and our two children. She also helped us negotiate getting a longer lease for a slightly lower price per month. HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Faye to help you find your dream home/property!!

Faye was an excellent agent to work with. I had a long list of wants and don't wants and Faye was very patient in helping me find the perfect home. She was willing to show me MULTIPLE listings and tromp through woods to make sure that everything was as I wanted it to be. Working with Faye was a blessing because she truly cares about her clients.

Closed on many properties in the past and can say hands down Melanie Moore was the best realtor I have ever worked with She went above and beyond; reading seller closing documents to ensure we were covered at all angles Her effort, knowledge and guidance was extra ordinary. Highly recommend using Faye miller as a realtor! Not only did she make buying our first house easy and stress free she still helps us with any questions we have a year later. She communicated with us through the whole entire process. Very professional!
