Matt Clegg and his team are top-notch. They have sold 3 of the Hinkelman homes without incident. My husband and I have sold several homes now and working with Matt Clegg has been one of the best partnerships and easiest transactions we have ever had with a realty company. He hit the pricing dead on for our home and got us top dollar and even over asking price. Our home SOLD in 3 days in a supposed slow market. Matt definitely pays attention to detail and knows what it takes to get the home ready for selling. It may be a little work in the beginning on the homeowners end, but it definitely pays off in the pictures and when showing the home to buyers. Take my word, Matt Clegg knows what he is doing.
