Mary Morgan

Mary Morgan is a Chicago native. She moved to Houston, Texas in 2009 after completing her Master of Health Science Degree in Communication Disorders. She accepted an opportunity with the Houston Independent School District (HISD) as a Speech- Language Pathologist, specializing in bilingual evaluations. After also working in both Katy ISD and Alief ISD, Mary decided to revisit her passion, real estate. Before completing her undergraduate degree, Mary was an experienced real estate agent in the Windy City (Chicago), supporting her father's successful business at the time. Mary's experience in the education system gives her unique insight into various communities, schools and programs, the ability to better understand families' needs, and desire to create ideal situations for her clients. Mary moved to Katy, TX in 2014, to support her daughters' extracurricular activities as an assistant basketball coach with local AAU and Katy Youth leagues. In 2019 she became an active member of Hope City Church Katy, serving on the Connect Group and Prayer teams. Mary reentered the real estate world after personally encountering poor quality service by agents during her purchase and rental experiences. She is a firm believer in The Golden Rule (Matthew 7:12) and aims to always treat others with respect, dignity, and care. Mary lives in Katy, TX with her husband who is originally from New Orleans, four children, and Cane Corso pup. She spends her free time supervising therapists in the home health setting, co-leading small groups affiliated with Hope City, staying active with her children, and pumping iron with the hubby.
