Lynnette has helped me with the purchase and sale of several properties. She is trustworthy, honest and hardworking. Lynnette is my preferred realtor due to her vast experience and her excellent marketing of my properties. Lynnette has integrity and does whatever is needed to help her clients. I've recommended Lynnette to many of my friends and they were all thrilled with the hard work she did on their behalf.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this realtor, and the only reason she gets one star is because I am forced to give at least one. An listing agreement was signed the first week of August. Since the home needed very minor cosmetic work (i.e., painting) the home was to go live on MLS according to the agreement on 8/14/2023. However, Lynnette did not list the home 2 to 3 weeks after the date of the listing agreement. I gave Lynnette instructions that I wanted to approve any picture and the description of my home that would be posted to the Internet BEFORE any information about my home was posted. However, Lynnette posted several pictures and a description without my prior approval. The pictures and the description was horrible! It's almost as if she is trying to sabotage. Indeed, the pictures that she took upon herself to post, was not an accurate representation of the condition of the home. Based upon several breaches of duty, I ended the toxic relationship with this realtor. However, Lynnette still has not removed her horrible pictures of my home from the Internet even though I cut all ties with her. Additionally, there is a least one inaccurate assessment of my home on the internet based on her very bad marketing. There as only 3 showings to investors---seems like they are in cohots with each other---again to sabotage the sell of my home. I would not recommend Lynnette to my worst enemy!!!!

The experience with Lynnette was beyond my expectations. She was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and went out of her way with every detail to get our previous house sold in a timely period. You can't go wrong with Lynnette.

It was a great experience working with Lynnette to sell our home. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She had great suggestions in staging our home and getting it ready to put on the market. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and outcome in the sale of our home. Would highly recommend Lynnette!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lynnette. From day 1, Lynnette was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Lynnette was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! She is definitely knowledgeable and experienced plus she loves her job. I consider ourselves extremely pleased "new" homeowners.
