The property that Linh sold for me was all the way down in Palacios, but within days she went down, took aerial shots, highlighted the best selling points of the community and my property was listed in the most attractive fashion. I had the property listed for over a year with another agent who never called me back, and I don't believe ever visited it, and I had tried to call other local agents down there – but none seemed to care as it was just a lot and not a house. I was very impressed with how well Linh followed up, returned my texts/calls when I tried to reach out and kept me updated when I wasn't trying.
She met me on time when she said she would, and finally worked late into the night the day before closure to ensure that we could close on the planned day (due to a problem of the buyer). Most importantly, I never felt rushed and in her quiet soft-spoken manner, I always felt she had my best interest at heart.
