“Awesome, amazing, just astounding. This isn t our first home, and we ve worked with several realtors in the past and were using a different one on the sell side different state . Truly the best realtor we ve used and met, we ve interviewed several different ones prior to sell and buy before selecting the ones we did . Coming out of state, my time was limited, and only vaguely familiar with the area. LIly quickly brought me up to date, took my family, my goals, timelines and what we were looking for to narrow down choices. She discussed factors, details, put forth new considerations that coming from a different state and climate didn t occur. Lily set proper expectations, and when the first house we wanted fell through had back up houses, she had preemptively blocked out an additional day to give us the time and attention we needed. Very respectful of our time and took charge a few times talking to sales agents on new builds, to ensure they answered my questions, stopped giving us the run around, and gave her experienced and honest opinion of when it was time to move on to another house vs continue to try to make something work just bc it was nice, but didn t fit our plans and what we were looking for.
