She earned her real estate license in 2007 and quickly became a multi-million dollar producer. Prior to joining Better Homes and Garden/Gary Greene, she was with Coldwell Banker, United for eight years. Kristie also practiced real estate with HTown Realty as an independent Realtor. Fourteen years of experience in real estate investment and the interior design field merged perfectly with her career in real estate.  Award Winning Team & consistantly Top Producing Agent since 2009, she created her own Real Estate team, Carruthers Real Estate Group and has led her team to even greater success.
