Krista Heaton

Krista Heaton was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. Her academic pursuits were completed at Texas State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree with emphasis in Mass Communications and Public Relations. An illustrious career in marketing followed and is the cornerstone of her role as a realtor. While engaged in marketing, her main focus was ensuring that clients were satisfied at all levels. This proved to be a fantastic entre into the profession of real estate.

Armed with a host of outstanding professional skills including anything "tech related," Krista has a great advantage in assisting her clients. She has been hugely successful in executing large events for top hotels with luxury clients which sharpened her skills regarding planning and adherence to budgetary constraints. This has served as a tremendous bridge in negotiating contracts and assisting in all aspects of a real estate transaction.
