Hi, my name is Katherine (Katie) Rodriguez. Although fairly new to working full time in the Real Estate industry, I am an enthusiastic young real estate agent for C.R. Realty. I have lived in Houston most of my life. The past 7 years I have been living in The Heights and absolutely love it. The endless options on restaurants, athletic establishments, dog parks, and small business shops are just a few of my favorite things. I went to college at Texas State University and, in 2011, received my Bachelor Degree in Early Education. I taught in public school for 8 years with two different grades. One of the benefits of being a teacher is having summers off. In 2015, I made the decision to get my Real Estate license so I could sell my husbands custom-built homes and to help people with any of their Real Estate needs. Professionalism, patience, flexibility, and building personal relationships are just a few of the skills that I have mastered being a teacher. Kevin was born in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. He married his high school sweetheart Marla Newbauer and moved to Katy in 1996 with their daughter Jessica (who now lives in Boston with her husband and new daughter). He has been a homeowner in Heritage Grand in Cinco Ranch for the last 12 years. After spending the first 28 years as a buyer and wholesale importer he sold his business. Kevin has negotiated his entire career with retailers and manufacturers and has been obsessed with attention to detail and customer service. These attributes have transferred nicely to the real estate business. Kevin's acumen in negotiating and putting his clients first has quickly helped him in being a successful Real Estate agent.
