Karen helped with my mom’s house years ago and we made her our realtor for our move. Mom’s house was a traditional listing,while ours was an as is sale. It was so great having someone I could trust to handle the paperwork. I highly recommend her for any Real Estate transaction you have.

Karen provided emotional support in a very trying time. My parents had to move to an assisted living home. Karen helped our family by going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She helped find contractors to fix the various problems of the home. Her staging was amazing and she always took my concerns and found answers. She found ways around the various obstacles and was truly amazing.

Karen worked very hard to help us find and buy our home. She is diligent, knowledgeable, personable and goes above and beyond for her clients! In addition to that, she helped us with the transition of moving from out of state (something she specializes in). We have recommended her several times to others we knew were moving into the area. She’s the best!

Karen did an amazing job staging and advertising our home in Friendswood, Tx (Heritage Park Village). She was in contact with us every step of the way. The best part was selling our home in just a few days for more than asking price! She even did research to help us find a realtor in the area we were moving to. She truly is passionate about her job and helping her clients. Do not hesitate in reaching out to Karen, you will not regret it!

I would recommend Karen to everyone wanting a fantastic, honest & sincere realtor who really cares for her clients. She listed our home in La Porte and it had an offer over asking price within 3 days after listing and closed and funded in less than a month. She made the process so easy for us (we had never sold a home before this) and communicated all along the way as she explained things very well and what would take place thru the process.
