Kaitlyn was tireless in helping me not only sell my home, but while the process was on-going, she helped me prep and stage the house while inputting suggestions to not overspend on improvements that I thought i needed to make that would've cost me a lot more but weren't really adding value. She was right on point there. She kept me updated on calls from interested buyers, always had the proper documents for me to sign and explained them very well, and was there to help me make the best decisions when negotiating. Her attitude was so upbeat and positive and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I am so very glad I chose Kaitlin to be my realtor and i will unreservedly use her again when i but my next home. Thanks, Kaitlin!

I've worked with Kaitlin from the perspective of a tenant. I was so glad my landlords selected her to represent both of us as an intermediary. Kaitlin was able to not only explain each portion of the contract, but she served as an advisor for both parties.

I was surprised how quickly she responded to my questions. She also has been a godsend to help remind me about the activities of the leasing process (such as submitting deposits, inventory forms, getting electricity, etc.). There's so much to the leasing process, I'm sure that something would've feel in the cracks if it weren't for her.

All in all, I feel like Kaitlin has helped set up a great first impression with my landlords because of her reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism. I'd strongly recommend her whether you're purchasing or leasing (on either side).
