About Jon Kubas
Jon and Amy Kubas are the owners of The Westwinds Group, L.C., a real estate investment and management company located in Houston, Texas. They have been investing in Houston since 1990, primarily in single family houses. Jon currently holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License. After arriving in Houston, Jon became active in the Realty Investment Club of Houston, first as a member of the Board of Directors and then as its President for four years, from 1993-1997. During his tenure, he helped grow the membership to over 500 investors, and often spoke and taught other investors on "How to Buy Houses and Provide Solutions to Sellers." Since arriving in Houston, Jon and Amy have bought and sold over 400 houses. Jon and Amy live in Northwest Houston and are blessed with two wonderful children, Steven and Kimberly, and are proud and active members of Faithbridge Church.
