It would be impossible to write a review fully encompassing everything Jihye and John did to make our first home-buying process as wonderful as it was. They are truly a dream team, their market knowledge is unmatched, their industry contacts are all top notch, they provide guidance through the buying process that I am confident we would not have received with anyone else, and all in all, they go entirely above and beyond for their clients from even before day 1 of the search until well after closing. We are beyond thankful and will continue to recommend them (i.e., shout their names from our rooftop), and use their buying/selling services for as long as we live in the Houston area!

Jihye and John were incredibly helpful over the course of our months-long home search. We took a while to find the right home, but they were infinitely patient and helpful while continuing to keep an eye out for listings. After we went under contract, they took what could have been a tricky process and made it as smooth as we could imagine. We would recommend the Deveau team to anyone looking to buy / sell in the Houston area, and we will definitely be using their services again ourselves!

Jihye and John have a great team working for them that got my house ready and sold fast. Jihye had a buyer lined up before it went on the market. My house went on the market on a Friday and by Monday I had multiple offers. They made the whole process easy.

I literally cannot say this to enough people: Jihye and John are without a doubt the BEST realty team you could have. Like, if they moved somewhere other than Houston and we had to move, I'd genuinely have to consider moving wherever they were because we'd need them as a realtor for the next place. They are THAT good. On a serious note, their knowledge of the market is unmatched, and so is the way they treat their clients from a customer-service perspective. But I think the best part about them is that they complement each other so well as a team. They know each other's strengths and they utilize that, and it makes them an incredible duo. We've worked with them multiple times over the last 5+ years, and we worked with them again to buy a house a few months ago. We were able to find our dream house in literally a week (we were shocked). The sellers were unnecessarily difficult, but Jihye and John helped us navigate the whole process from offer through closing very well. Any issues that came up along the way (including with inspection), they had an answer/solution for. Or, because they're well connected, they had a contact they could rely on who was great. They also helped keep us on track with everything needed on our end for closing. And because we were in a different city relocating back to Houston, when we had a question about the property or something needed to be done, Jihye and John were always able to take care of it for us to save us a trip. Which we were incredibly thankful for. We are so lucky and thankful to have been able to work with them multiple times over the last few years, and will continue to do so as long as they're still working They are the best, hands down.

John and Jihye were exceptional through our home-buying process. They were so patient with us as first-time homebuyers and we felt like we were safe under their guidance. Every communication piece was quick and they were extremely proactive. We have already recommended them to several friends!
