“Im happy to share my experience with my realtor Jarad that has helped me buy two homes, sell two homes and also helped my mother recently sell her home. He is and will always be mine and my families go to. He is easy to talk to, he is funny, and he goes out of his way to get things taken care of. During the sell of my mothers home, Jarad showed up and met me on a Sunday to give my moms front yard a face lift. He was out there mulching the front yard like he might own a landscaping company we don t know about. lol. I ve never heard of a realtor doing things like this before. I meant the world to my mother and myself. He cares about his clients and it shows. I almost forgot to mention after he helped me buy the home im in now he gave me, my wife and our three kids a quick phone call one evening and asked us if we had dinner yet. Luckily we had not and told him we were still trying to figure out what we wanted to cook after we got some of the unpacking knocked out. What he did next for my family we will never forget. Its like he was standing next to us and knew we were surrounded by boxes and knew my wife wanted to do anything but stand over a hot stove at this point. He directed all of us to stop what we were doing, asked us to take a seat and to take a break. As we sat down he told us how grateful he was that we continue to choose him when there s so many other realtors we could have chose from. He wanted to treat us to dinner. We were all super excited. The kids started yelling out food ideas like pizza or jack in a box delivered to the door. Jarad said no no no, i want yall to have whatever yall want. Each of yall get an entree and if yall want dessert get that too. We thanked him over and over and asked if he wass sure. He assured us he was sicere. We order so much food and dessert we nearly popped. Jarad is one of a kind. I prefer Jarod and i will always refer Jarad. ”
