My name is Janna Pokluda and my job is to help you find the perfect place, where you can BLOOM!

I come from a background of teaching in education and event planning for various charitable causes, but have always had the drive to help others. Real Estate is my passion and helping others is what I do best. Since starting my career in real estate, I have hit the ground running and haven't looked back.

It is my goal to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for you as my client when selling or purchasing a home. I do my best to provide the same experience that I would expect to be provided for my own family. You are my focus. Your passions, dreams, goals, and needs are key to me when listening to where your heart leads so that we follow.

I am a person of integrity, honesty and trustworthiness that is going to fight for the wellbeing of you as my client through my competitive nature. I am an ambitious and hardworking realtor that has learned to be adaptable and creative. I have always taught others to think outside the box and look at what could be rather than what is. Problem solve to find solutions. These are all aspects of my process in helping meet your needs.

As a buyer or seller, you don't want to feel the stress of everything real estate brings. That is my job. From financing, advertising your home, finding you the best home for you, to handling the nitty gritty of inspections, negotiations and paperwork through to closing. I handle everything for you. I understand the process of home buying and selling and while these times are extremely exciting, they also are very stressful. That is why I strive to make the entire process as stress free and as enjoyable as possible for you, my client. I walk you through the entire process and am your eyes and ears. In the end, I want you to be satisfied and happy so that when you are settled in to your new home, you are then able to "Bloom where you are planted".
