Jon and Amy Kubas are the owners of The Westwinds Group, L.C., a real estate investment and management company located in Houston, Texas. They have been investing in Houston since 1990, primarily in single family houses. Jon currently holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License. After arriving in Houston, Jon became active in the Realty Investment Club of Houston, first as a member of the Board of Directors and then as its President for four years, from 1993-1997. During his tenure, he helped grow the membership to over 500 investors, and often spoke and taught other investors on "How to Buy Houses and Provide Solutions to Sellers."
